It seems that another company is prospecting to be the next Acer Iconia in the coming CES 2012. To give you some past overview, last CES 2011, Acer Iconia, a dual-screen Windows 7 laptop was the winner or the top picked device on the Last Gadget Standing night. Apparently, NajmTek is suspecting to have plans in launching a similar device from Acer in the form of the U-book or the Universal Notebook in the world's upcoming largest consumer technology tradeshow. It is said to be a desktop stand-in machine that differs from a laptop, netbook or tablet PC either.
The U-book will possess a dual-screen feature and a keyboard touchscreen. What more interesting with this device is that the keyboard is perfectly customizable and unique depending on your desired preference. With this, users might love to design different layouts that will please their personalities as well.
However, final word is lacking. Thus, consumers should stay tuned at CES 2012 for more exciting details.
