Apple's 15-inch MacBook Air Claimed to be Launched on Q1

There is an updated report on our featured article last month about the prospect release of Apple MacBook on March next year. To quite refresh your memory, the past post is about the upcoming ultra-thin 15-inch MacBook which is uncertain to be categorized either as MacBook Air or  MacBook Pro Line.

According to Digitimes' report, Apple is finally planning to launch a bigger MacBook Air headed for the first quarter of 2012. As the sources alleged, the California-based company Cupertino has already found manufacturing associates for the notebook production.  MacBook Air that is known in producing 11-inch and 13-inch laptop series will add a new 15-inch into its range. Hence, great news for those who find the existing sizes a bit small to work for. With its ultra-slim design, MacBook Air has attained a huge success in the form of market sales. Given that according to NPD and Morgan Stanley, this laptop line has gained 28 percent of all Apple notebook sales last October.

Apparently, Apple is rumored to have a price-cut for the current MacBook Air series to give way for the impending new notebook. But then there are still no reports about the latest prices as well as the cost of the new 15-inch Apple unit.
