EON17-X was unveiled last week and now Origin PC has added a 3D display option to this gaming notebook. A 3D 1920×1080 display is now available.
The notebook is designed to serve as a desktop replacement and is armed with Intel X79 platform. It has customization options, including Core i7-3960X Extreme CPU and two overclocked 2GB GeForce GTX 580M GPU via SLI bridge. Other configuration options include up to three hard drives, including SSD hybrid storage or 3TB of storage on traditional disks, along with RAM expansion up to 32GB.
The basic EON17-X costs $3032, while the customized packages range in price up to $7300.
