Kindle Fire Refurb Now Available for $180

Just three months after its launch, the Amazon Kindle Fire is now for sale as a refurbished model. The price tag for this model is only $180, or roughly 10% less than the price of a new one.

Refurbs are devices which have been returned by customers to the company, and are repackaged to be sold at lower prices.

In the case of the Amazon Kindle Fire, their refurb is sourced directly from the official warehouse. They also appear like brand new models as they come also in sealed packages. There is a warranty and a 30-day return policy as well, as in new models.

This device boasts of color e-ink display as well as multi-touch capacity. There is also anti-reflective treatment for convenience in reading. The screen spans 7 inches, and at its heart is a dual-core processor.

Other features include a speedy web browser called Amazon Silk plus Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing users to download apps from the Amazon official website, as well as other things such as movies, games, e-books, TV shows and magazines.

Users may also take advantage of the Cloud service which can store user content up to 5GB. This feature allows users to access their content anywhere.
