The Velocity Micro T408 tablet which I reviewed recently is a solid entry into the budget 7 inch Android tablet space. The company might not have the name recognition of Amazon or Barnes & Noble, or the custom software that you get with a tablet from those companies -- but that's exactly why the T408 might appeal to some users....
