Acer A200 Tablet Introduced

A 2-minute commercial has been available showing the Acer A200 and its features. The 10.1-inch tablet is expected to launch at the CES. The details are somewhat vague but it will clearly run Ice Cream Sandwich Android OS. It's rumored to have Nvidia's Tegra 3 processor, but some reports state that it will have the older Tegra 2. It is lighter than the Iconia Tab A500 at 670 grams. It will also come in 2 colors, black titanium and metallic red.

There are interesting points in the tablet, including a full size USB 2.0 port and a Micro SD card slot. It will also feature Acer Clear.fi, sort of a DLNA solution.

Back at the Computext 2011, Acer Ring was shown off as a MeeGo interface. Now that Meego is, for the lack of a better word, dead, Acer Ring survives and will be included in this tablet.
