Malta PC-91013 netbok hits the FCC

You don't see a lot of Malata netbooks in the US. This company typically sells computers in China. But the US Federal Communications Commission has posted documents related to the Malata PC-91013 today, which means there's a chance this little guy could end up in the US at some point.

The netbook has a 10 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display and a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor which isn't really enough to make it stand out from the crowd. It also packs 802.11b/g/n WiFi, a 1.3MP webcam, and measures 10.3″ x 7″ x 1.5″. The netbook weighs about 2.9 pounds.

Wireless Goodness predicts that the netbook will be rebadged and sold under a different brand name before it goes on sale in the US, and that seems like a reasonable assumption.
