One of which was rumored to be a 9.7 inch tablet going by the name of Archos 97 Carbon.

The Archos 97 Carbon has now made it's way to the FCC and we can confirm some of the specifications of the device. The Archos 97 is definitely features a 9.7 inch display as rumored. It features a 1GHz single core processor, 16GB internal memory and microSD card slot. Other specifications include USB support, an HDMI port, microUSB port and a front and rear facing camera. The Archos 97 is powered by Android Ice Cream Sandwich. No word on pricing yet or a release date but, it shouldn't be too long until the Archos 97 Carbon Android powered tablet go on sale.
