Asus Plans to Develop the Eee Bot

So, after the Eee PC, Eee Keyboard, Eee Reader, and what else did I miss by the way? – Asus is reportedly planning to release an educational robot for kids which shall be called – Eee Bot.

Really now? What else could Asus probably think of  to use its Eee product brand?

Anyway, some details about the Eee Bot as mentioned by PC World include the Eee Bot to run on Google's Android OS. The Eee Bot will be interactive and will feature human robot interaction (HRI), voice and visual technologies and navigation software and hardware.

Asustek is planning to mass produce the Eee Bot to come up with an output value of NT$5 billion.

A post from the Asus Eee PC blog.
