Asus to Launch a 7-, 12- and 10-inch Tablets During CES 2011

It looks like CES 2011 is the event to watch out for next year. With several major industry players planning on unveiling their respective tablet devices, pads, netvertibles and slates, CES 2011 will definitely be an exciting tech gig. One of these manufacturers who are planning to parade their latest tablets happens to be ASUS.

According to Digitimes, Asus is set to announce threee major product lines during CES 2011 – the Eee Reader, Eee Note and Eee Pad. The Eee Pad is a 12-inch Windows 7-based device targeted for the enterprise market. Another two 10-inch Eee Pads will also be launched this time around geared for the consumer market. One of these Eee Pads will sport Windows 7 and Intel's Oak Trail platform while the other will be packed with Nvidia Tegra 2 and Google Android. Tentative price range for this Eee Pads will be $499-$599. Obviously Asus is gearing up this tablet to go up against the iPad.

Unfortunately, images or photos of these tablet devices are still not available. I guess perhaps the demo video of the Eee Pad will suffice for now?
