According to the official website, Always Innovating's Touch Book netbook has started to ship. The company has a backlog of orders though, so if you want one, you may have to wait. Pre-orders are being filled first.
The statement on the website says "As an early-stage start-up, it will take us several weeks to fill every order. Nevertheless, we are increasing our production capability to ship pre-orders as quickly as possible."
