The Adamo was Dell's answer to the Macbook Air. An ultrathin laptop that debuted in 2009, it was a premium product of Dell's product line.
Well, until now. Dell seems to be killing off the entire line, with all new Adamo laptops being removed from Dell's web store. Some are still on sale though – the laptop had a starting price of $2000 in 2009, but now you can see of the Adamo machines being sold at $759.
Dell isn't saying goodbye to the ultrathin concept though. The company is still interested in seeing one, but you will most likely see it under another product line.
