Spanish manufacturer AIRIS is something of a no-name outside of Spain, but its latest netbook might hold interest for Linux users and other tinkerers.
The KIRA 700 netbook comes for EUR 299 without an operating system.
Aside from that, the netbook's specs are pretty pedestrian. It comes with a 10.2″ display, the 1.6 GHz Intel Atom N270, 1 GB of RAM, a 160 GB HDD, Intel GMA 950, and a good deal of ports and features: 3 USB 2.0s, a card reader, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, high def audio, an integrated 1.3 megapixel webcam, Kensington Lock slot and 4.5 hr battery.
The AIRIS product page has more in the way of info and configuration options, so have at it.
