Is the Intel Pine Trail netbook platform going to be the next hottest thing on the block? Kenade Electronics is another manufacturer that plans on coming out with netbooks powered by this chipset.
The Kenade K116 features an 11.6″ screen display with 1280×800 resolution, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor and an integrated GMA 500 graphics chipset. The netbook will also feature 1 GB of RAM, a 250 GB hard drive, Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi capabilities, 3 USB ports, VGA, a 1.3 megapixel webcam and optional Bluetooth or 3G.
The dimensions for the K116 are 11.1″ by 7.8″ by 1.0″. The netbook weighs between 2.9 and 3.3 pounds depending on the battery that's selected.
The Kenade K133 netbook features a 13.3″ screen display and an Intel Atom D510 processor. All other tech specs are similar to those of the K116.
