The much awaited Verizon netbook a.k.a (Verizon LTE-packing HP Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr) has been released, according to Verizon press release. It will be the first netbook to make use of its LTE 4G network. Users can experience download speeds of up to 12 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps under4G Mobile Broadband coverage regions.
The newly released Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr netbook brags off a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N455 processor including 1GB RAM and 250GB hard drive. The 10-inch system, having been first publicized back in January, features anti-glare LED-backlit display on a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixel VGA webcam including microphone, and a multicard reader into a three-pound frame. Apart from its LTE 4G connectivity, the Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr also supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n.
The new Compaq Mini CQ10-688nr 4G LTE netbook fetches around $449.99 with a 2-year warranty.
