The Ocosmos OCS-1 looks more like a smartphone or handheld gaming console than a full-fledged computer, but this little guy has an x86 processor and runs Windows 7. In fact, it's one of the first examples of a computer running Intel's next-generation Oak Trail chipset, with GMA 600 graphics.
The OCS-1 is aimed at gaming, which explains why it has twin joysticks on the sides, in addition to a QWERTY keyboard and a 4.8 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel capacitive touchscreen display. While I've been pretty underwhelmed by the graphics performance of older machines with Intel GMA 500 graphics, Chippy from UMPC Portal notes that GMA 600 should run twice as fast. That might not be good enough for some bleeding edge games, but it should be a lot better than many older netbooks.
The computer also has a 32GB solid state disk, GPS, USB connectivity, 802.11b/g WiFi, a microSD card slot, HDMI outut, and two cameras, a 3MP rear-facing camera and a 1.3MP front-facing webcam.
