Verizon will soon be releasing the Gateway LT2016U netbook under its subscription plan. The LT2016U is an upgraded model of the previously released LT2000.
If you're planning to get a Verizon account anytime soon you might want to wait for this netbook which boasts of the following standard features – Qualcomm Gobi tech for 3G connectivity, 1GB of RAM, 160GB of HDD, webcam, Windows XP Home and a 10.1-inch display.
The catch? You have to get a 2-year subscription plan with a monthly service fee of around $149.99 less $100 mail-in rebate.
