The Acer Aspire One Happy line of netbooks are notable first and foremost for their bright colors. The mini-laptops are available with blue, green, purple, or pink lids. The rest of the specs are virtually identical to those of the Acer Aspire One D255 netbook… not that there's anything wrong with that. Like the D255, the Happy comes with a 6 cell battery, and dual boot option which lets you run both Google Android and Windows 7. It's also available with either a single core Intel Atom N450 or dual core Atom N550 chip.
We've been seeing press shots for a while, the folks at Notebook Italia have had a chance to spend some quality time with a real Acer Aspire One Happy, and they've posted the photos and video to prove it.
Long story short, the computer looks like someone melted a crayon on the lid and palm rest are of a typical Acer netbook. But if that's your sort of thing, then this might be a decent alternative to the Acer Aspire One D255.
You can check out the video after the break.
