Angry Birds now on Intel Appup Center

Angry Birds has made it's way on to another platform, allowing even more players to enjoy the game. The game by Rovio became a hit on the Apple Store with it's reasonable price tag of just $0.99, or £0.59 for those in the UK. Since then, Rovio have released the game on other platforms, including the PSP, Android and WebOS. The game is now available from the Intel App Up center which specifically targets netbook owners. Currently, there's estimated to be around 38 million netbook users world wide and Rovio are said to be excited to tap into the netbook market.

While this is great for those who don't have access to any of the platforms that currently runs Angry Birds, the price is higher than seen before. Angry Birds will cost $4.99 via the Intel App Store, however after playing it for a while, it does bring a new experience to the game and levels are clearer to play, as you have a clear view of the angle you're throwing the birds at the direction to the pigs, without your fingers blocking your vision.
