MSI MS-N0J1 Android Tablet Visits the FCC

The Taiwanese device maker MSI, which specializes in manufacturing laptop PCs and other computer components like motherboards, has also been a keen producer of its own portable tablets. In fact, last week, an unannounced slate was seen at the FCC website wearing the tag brand of MSI MS-N0J1.

However, its official price and release date aren't available yet but this tablet seems to be a budget-friendly slate powered by Google Android 2.3 Operating System or an earlier version.

The device has a 10-inch panel with a standard 1024 x 768-pixel resolution display. It runs on a 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor and has an integrated 1GB of DDR3 RAM. For an additional storage, the tablet offers an 8 GB of internal space plus a microSD card slot for further memory capacity.

It also comes with a pair of USB ports, a mini HDMI output, a headphone jack, a built-in microphone and stereo speakers. As for the rear and front-facing web cams, they are optional then, according to user's manual.

The MSI MS-N0J1 tablet as well appears to be offered as a white box model and will be sold in the US soon on a different brand name.
