VTab Hits The FCC

Well, good news for bargain seekers. Vizio's VTAB1008 tablet has just passed through the FCC. This means that it will soon be available in stores. Vizio is better know for its budget LCD TVs and they seem to be branching out. Last seen earlier this year, the VTab is an 8-inch Android tablet with a price tag of $350. With such a low price tag, Vizio's offering looks very attractive to many a buyer.

To put it into perspective, the only other tablet in its range is the WiFi-only 7-inch Galaxy Tab. Every other tablet hits the $500 mark. Expect the VTab later this year at your favorite local retailer.
