So finally Apple realized that Hackintoshes or those netbooks running with Apple's Mac OS X, are actually illegal and should be put to a halt. So in its next Leopard update, the MAC OS X will no longer run on machines loaded with Intel Atom processors.
So, if you're running a Hackintosh netbook you might want to avoid upgrading to the latest build of the OS X to avoid rendering your netbook immobile due to this current development.
This puts the question whether Apple is gearing up for the release of the Apple Tablet which will most likely compete with netbooks or Apple doesn't really like netbooks.
