I have something to confess. Aside from netbooks I'm also actually a Mac user. Although not really a MacBook Air user specifically but I own a MacBook Pro. So, it pains me to know that after spending too much money on getting this Apple machine, there are people who would could come up with a Mac clone and offer it for such a lower price than what people are paying for a Mac unit.
Anyway, out there at the Netbook World Summit, a said to be MacBook Air clone showed up among the many netbook users in attendance. The said machine was christened Optima OP5-W and indeed it bares a striking resemblance to the MacBook Air. And the attached video bares it all.
The Optima OP5-W which is actually based on another Mac clone called Shenzen MacBook Air is actually selling for only $350. Finding a seller though would be a little difficult.
