MSI Officially Announced the Wind12 U200

MSIWind12U200

It's a 12-inch machine loaded with Intel CULV processor, so the MSI Wind12 U200 is certainly not your average netbook. But the fact that it bears the Wind branding will make you think that it might still be a netbook. But probably MSI just wants to maximize the Wind branding so they decided to still use the branding.

Anyway, we've first heard of Wind U200 not so long. Back then though, it doesn't have the "12″ in the Wind U200 branding. So perhaps the move was in anticipation of future 12-incher that MSI maybe planning to release later on.

So officially, we have a small notebook packing a 12.1-inch HD ready 16:9 aspect ratio frameless screen, 4GB of RAM (maximum), 1.3MP webcam, 320GB SATA HDD, Wi-Fi, optional Bluetooth and an option for 3/6/9 cell battery.

The MSI Wind12 U200 notebook looks and feels like your standard 10-inch MSI Wind netbook. So, if you are craving for a bigger screen real-estate on your netbook, you might want to check out the MSI Wind12 U200 when it is released, sometime in the future.
