Sony Refeshes the VAIO P and Load it with Windows 7

Without too much noise, Sony has upgraded its Sony VAIO P netbooks to make in tune with the requirements of Windows 7. To make it worthy of the new OS, Sony has also bumped the VAIO P's specs.

So now you can get this ultraportable machine equipped with a 2 GHz Atom CPU, 256 GB SSD plus a champagne-colored shell. This puts the U.S. version of the Sony VAIO P at par with its Japanese counterpart.

The new models will start arriving Verizon shops sometime in November. It will set you back for around $1,900, if in case you're keen to get one.
